In 1993 Kathy co-founded Kleen-Tech Services Corporation based in Denver and served as its Chief Financial Officer for many years. Kleen-Tech has since been brought under the umbrella of HB Management Group, Inc. (HB). HB is annually certified as a women-owned organization by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. HB provides financial, administrative, and functional support to not only Kleen-Tech, but Options Home Care Services, and several other LLCs and prime/subcontractor partnerships.
Kathy currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of HB Management Group with responsibility for strategic planning, risk assessment, merger and acquisition, and financial management, in conjunction with her excellent executive team in support of more than $40 million in annual revenue and 2,000+ employees Enterprise-wide.
Kathy strongly believes that employing and empowering the top individuals in each discipline within an enterprise builds the strongest, most versatile organization and provides a solid foundation for quality service, future growth and overall “excellence.”
Kathy’s passion for traveling the world to visit other cultures keeps her grounded in humility and gratitude, and fuels her personal quest for the empowerment of those whom are in need, particularly women, children, and those touched by the disease of addiction. Kathy earned her certification in Child Advocacy and was actively involved with child advocacy and substance abuse free family programs throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. In 2011 and 2012 she was a representative of the Palm Beach County Fifteenth Judicial District Family Drug Court at the National Association of Drug Court Professionals Annual Conferences in Washington, DC and Nashville, Tennessee. She served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach County Fifteenth Judicial District Juvenile Delinquency and Family Dependency Drug Court 501(c). In the spring of 2013 she received her certification in both Nevada and California as a Crisis Interventionist. In November of 2013 she joined the Board of Directors of Tahoe Safe Alliance whose mission is to stop abuse for everyone.
